Consulting serviceS

As a neurodiversity advisor, I work with companies to encourage education, collaboration, and employee support around neurodiversity within their core company values and broader DEI strategy. I aim to reframe neurodiversity as an untapped and inexpensive resource that every human should know about and harness - for better workplace communication, collaboration, and joy.

Each option below is custom-developed around the organization's goals, current company structure & culture. We’ll work together to develop an experience and approach that supports all employee modalities and ways of work to increase employee retention and promotes an authentically positive work culture. Each experience is presented through the lens of non-disclosure. This means the content presented can be leveraged if an employee choses to disclose a diagnosis or not.

We can work together to create and one-off learning opportunity or a series that engages your workforce regularly through a series of touch points.

Team learning & workshops

Creating a culture of acceptance and appreciation in the workplace often starts at the top. Let’s work together on training your leaders to create a culture of inclusion and acceptance.

Leadership training

Program creation

Perhaps your organization is looking to start an Employee Resource Group (ERG) and isn’t sure where to begin. Or perhaps you’re looking to create a monthly lunch & learn on DEI topics. We can work together to define what a program looks like for your organization, define a plan and team to help there and collaborate with necessary internal and external stakeholders and groups along the way.

Speaking opportunities

I’m a people person. Getting in a room with others to to celebrate our differences and talk about ways we can get the most out of our unique brains brings me joy. Most recently I presented a workshop on Neuroinclusion in the workplace at the 2023 Northeast HR Association annual conference - as you can see below, it was a fun one.

Normalizing Our Differences at Work

Neurodiversity is the idea that all people think differently.  A company that supports neurodiversity views at neurological differences such as autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and others are natural variations of the human brain rather than disorders. A company that supports neurodiversity recognizes and values the unique contributions of neurodivergent individuals and actively works to create an inclusive and supportive workplace environment.

WHAT LINDSAY’S CLIENTS ARE SAYING

  • "Lindsay simply gets me. I've worked with a few coaches before, and it's a relief to finally find someone who seems to bring out my natural problem-solving capabilities through the collective energy we experience in sessions. We've come up with so many exciting ideas along the way, and I'm grateful to have someone who helps me organize my thoughts, stay on track, point it out when I'm using my natural ADHD abilities, and keep me motivated. I'm more confident in myself than ever before, have clarity about the path forward, and can't imagine a better coach to be working with."

    Matt Streif, CEPA

  • "My time with Lindsay is a safe haven and a much-needed pause in my week. Her calming presence and guiding questions help me reset and get to the root of what I wanted to progress with. I leave our sessions less overwhelmed and fully ready to tackle my goals!"
