Coaching services

Consider me your thought partner and collaborator in navigating life with ADHD. If your ADHD is affecting your personal development, focus, or follow-through, I can offer support. Together, we can identify what you need and desire to live your most fulfilling, authentic life. Then, we’ll define clear, actionable strategies to help you get there. I’m not a therapist, but I can help you think about the right questions to ask at your next appointment. I specialize in working with adults - executives, creatives, entrepreneurs, and those in life transition who are looking to dive into self-discovery and understanding. I also work with young adults in life transitions looking for guidance on where to start mapping out their life plans.

The initial discovery call includes a meet & greet, an overview of coaching, a discussion around your goals and challenges, and working styles. Schedule a discovery call below.

More on coaching

I’m not a therapist, but I can help you think about the right questions to ask at your next appointment. I’m not your boss, but we can outline reasonable ADHD accommodations you’d like to request in your workplace.  I have a husband and 2 kids, so I also understand what it’s like to navigate family life with ADHD.  I’m a sounding board, a resource, and a partner on your journey to finding joy in working with your brain.

WHAT LINDSAY’S CLIENTS ARE SAYING

  • "Lindsay simply gets me. I've worked with a few coaches before, and it's a relief to finally find someone who seems to bring out my natural problem-solving capabilities through the collective energy we experience in sessions. We've come up with so many exciting ideas along the way, and I'm grateful to have someone who helps me organize my thoughts, stay on track, point it out when I'm using my natural ADHD abilities, and keep me motivated. I'm more confident in myself than ever before, have clarity about the path forward, and can't imagine a better coach to be working with."

    Matt Streif, CEPA

  • "My time with Lindsay is a safe haven and a much-needed pause in my week. Her calming presence and guiding questions help me reset and get to the root of what I wanted to progress with. I leave our sessions less overwhelmed and fully ready to tackle my goals!"

    Michaela Payne, MLT (ASCP)

  • “Lindsay’s workshop on Embracing Neurodiversity was an eye-opening experience that equipped me with valuable insight and tools. Her engaging presentation brought in many participants from the MomUp community, offering an opportunity to deepen knowledge and empower individuals to confidently navigate interviews and advocate for inclusivity.”

    Michelle Keefe, CEO | MomUp
